Innovative video clips provide FREE online visual training on VoIP, SIP and 3CX IP PBX
London – 17 February, 2009 - 3CX (www.3cx.com) the international developer of telecommunications software has announced the launch of its Youtube channel, which contains a series of technical videos called “VoIP Nuggets”. These are short video clips, published on Youtube, which provide online training of 3CX Phone System for Windows as well as SIP & VoIP technology. The videos are authored by 3CX staff, the 3CX user community as well as technology partners such as Patton. The tutorials are provided free of charge.
“There are several websites which explain VoIP technology, however they are text based and often quite theoretical. The VoIP nuggets are targeted towards IT administrators or computer resellers that want to get started on VoIP technology. The videos cover practical issues such as gateway setup, firewall configuration, SIP basics and so on”, said Nick Galea, CEO at 3CX.
